Project: Jelly Fish! Flatten a cupcake liner and apply a strip of glue to the inside. Cut strips from colorful tissue paper. Press the strips to the inside of the cupcake liner. Glue googly eyes to the outside of the cupcake liners.
Materials Needed: cupcake liner, googly eyes, tissue paper, glue stick, scissors
