Sock Bunny!

This project is from Family Fun Magazine.  I am not sure what year/issue it is from, but here is the link from the website!!  http://familyfun.go.com/crafts/sock-hop-841022/
Project:  Sock Bunny!  Use a colorful sock (I just happened to have some pink socks that were missing their partners!)  Fill the sock with dried beans or rice, filling it up just past the heel.  Close the sock with a tightly looped rubber band.  Tie a ribbon around the sock just below the heel, to create the head and neck.  Use scissors to cut the sock's cuff into two ears, rounding the edges tot give the ears the right shape.  Cut a nose and teeth from felt.  Attach the nose and teeth with craft glue.  I used googly eyes for eyes, but you can use felt.  Attach a pom-pom or cotton ball tail with glue.  Addie wanted a pink tail for her bunny!!
Materials Needed:  sock, ribbon, rubber band, white and pink felt, craft glue, googly eyes (or black felt), scissors, pom-pom (or cotton ball), dried beans or rice
