Project: Paper Plate Lion: Paint a paper plate orange and let dry. Cut a piece of yellow felt into a circle so it fits in the middle of the paper plate. Cut a mouth and nose from black felt and glue to the yellow felt circle. Glue on googly eyes. Glue the yellow felt circle to the middle of the painted plate. Cut 1" tabs around the outer edge of the paper plate for the lion's mane.
Materials Needed: paper plate, orange paint, paint brush, scissors, yellow and black felt, googly eyes, craft glue
